Add information that SD cards shouldn't be moved between devices

Some users reported various problems occurred when an SD card was moved from one device to another one (of the same type). This operation should be mentioned as strongly discouraged because it may break some relations between devices and files. An SD card may be used in another device but it should be formatted and a new medkit should be installed.
