Add documentation about ethernetless initial configuration

This should cover users without Ethernet socket in their laptops. It is only secondary way of initial configuration. Ethernet port is still the primary way to configure router.

This implements #90 (closed)

This should be merged/released only when %Turris OS 5.2.0 is released to HBS, otherwise it might confuse users I think.
