Small improvements regarding reForis and Foris's Updater tab as in Foris it was deprecated

As user-docs applies to newer version than Turris OS 4.0, we deprecated a few tabs in Foris and forced users to use reForis. Let's do some simple changes and extend Netmetr documentation that there is also mobile app on iOS.

I left screenshot untouched and lately will update them.
