Remove section about other NetMetr apps

Lukas Jelinek requested to merge netmetr into master

NetMetr is no longer used by ČTÚ. Thus the section about other NetMetr apps is unusable now and the links there are broken (the mobile apps are not present in app stores and the measurement web is gone). This patch removes the section completely.

Resolves #180 (closed).
