Ignore junk at the end of DNS packet

nsX.kmplayer.com. nameservers are another lovely "let's write our own DNS server" example, adding several zero bytes at the end of the DNS response packet. We should probably cope with that, and just ignore any junk after we account for all declared RRSets in all sections.

It's trivial to turn off that check. I can't see much practical use for it; it could be used as "a measure of quality" (like RTT), but I suspect this typically affects all NSs authoritative for a name (or none).
