This is new-old service that feeds entropy from atsha.

Atlas and netdata services are new services that can be installed trough
package lists. They should be also automatically activated.

sentinel-dynfw-ipset is not longer present in system as it was drop in
favor of different approach.

socat is not longer used as service since uCollect times.

This drops activation for atsha services that do not exist any more
(they were replaced by preinit and uci-defaults).

In Turris OS 3.x opkg was the package containing
/etc/opkg/distfeeds.conf. This file with TOS 4.0+ was moved by upstream
to base-files. This means hat we also have to move postinst for that
file update to base-files from opkg package. This should fix OPKG feeds
being reseted by update.

Services are automatically activated in Openwrt in default when new
package is installed. This limits this to only few selected ones listed
in /etc/services_wanted.
