Both $(AUTORELEASE) and $(PKG_SRC_VERSION) (from luci.git) use the Git
log to determine releases and package timestamps.

Feeds are shallow cloned by default, resulting in an incomplete Git log
and therefore different local package versions than offered upstream.

This commits sets the default feeds to use `src-git-full` to solve that.

According to Turris Survey, which is opt-in, I don't see that any
routers are using this feed. There are just a few packages related to
SIDN Valibox [1].

It will also save our HW resources (CPU, HDD time) and builds will take
less time than they should.

If someone wants to use any of these packages, they can compile it by
themselves.

We need to use master branch, which is a default for HBK.
By mistake during merge from HBL to HBK (Turris OS 5.3), I didn't change
it.

There are two changes in this commit. First most noticable is removal of
all updater lists.

The second but more significant change is pretty much reformat of all
generate scripts. It extracts common git and configuration handling from
compile_pkgs to generate_common.
The advantage of this is of course code sharing but also that other
generate scripts now get features such as local git mirror.

The new URL to our gitlab is now https://gitlab.nic.cz.
Our package feed was also moved to turris/os/packages.
Our turris-build repository was moved to turris/os/build.

Maintainer of node feed is taking care of separate branches for OpenWrt,
let's use specific version to be sync in other feeds as well instead of
using master branch.

Currently, we will be using master branch of node feed, because there is
no openwrt-21.02 branch for now.

We no longer need to have OpenWISP feed as OpenWISP was updated to the
latest version in these commits in branches: openwrt-19.07 [1] and master [2].

As it was updated, there are no differences and thus openwisp folder
(feed) on our repository is empty.

And if there are any differences, it should be added to OpenWrt's packages repository.

This reverts commit 8e8705fd.

There is an updated kernel which fixes CVE-2020-10757 and contains
fixes for SDIO Wi-Fi card (mwifiex driver), which means there shouldn't be memory corruption so far.
To make things even worse, there is an updated wireguard.

Although on Gitlab primary branch is set to be master on build servers
it seems to be still test. This is probably because of our local git
cache. This forces build of master.

This is release based on OpenWRT 19.07.

Build server using mirror has invalid HEAD for some reason. Let's for
now set explicit master.

Master is default branch so we do not need it there.

Note that this theme is merge to luci feed master so this feed should
not be added to our master. It is intended only for 4.x releases.
