patches/luci: remove turris-webapps

This is replaced by dedicated package turris-webapps-luci.

Companion MR https://gitlab.nic.cz/turris/turris-os-packages/-/merge_requests/561

This is not essentially required as this patch thanks to it just adding new files is basically zero maintenance but having it in package is more consistent with rest of the turris-webapps deployment. It also means one less patch (we look to be closer to upstream).
