GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Backports commit cf20f1bb5f0479c2509dd651d08e235a3b9e8755 from OpenWrt/master.

Allows builds of bpftool-full and dependent packages (reForis) on some more recent releases of linux distributions (e.g. Fedora 35+, Void Linux).
