Specify that we updated only U-Boot on Turris Omnia.

We need them to make Omnia 5G kit work.

We don't need it and it depends on gnutls which we might not have, so it
breaks the build.

Bump mvebu U-Boot to 2024.10-rc3 and add pending patches that allow the
user to change DDR speed mode with factory reset button (reset no. 10).

Some boards may experience random crashes with new U-Boot (due to new
DDR training algorithm) in the default DDR speed mode. These users will
be able to overcome this issue with reset button.

This patch is no longer needed as the changes were already applied in
knot-resolver.

The build was failing with the following error:

powerpc-openwrt-linux-muslspe-gcc: error: unrecognized command line option '-fzero-call-used-regs=skip'

This reverts commit 086a19c0.
The patch was merged in OpenWrt.

Temporary downgrade of transmission to v3, because v4 was not able to download
torrents. Thread on turris forum:

Because iftop package was not reinstalled automatically during system upgrade
and showed negative numbers of network traffic, easy fix is to bump it to the
latest version

Since upstream does not support the v16.x they do not publish it with
gz. Thus we need to download it with .xz.

In upstream maintainer change prefered type of tarball which changed the

There is a problem that we are fixing again and again and that is that
there could be relative or absolute path in the for OpenVPN config. This
should fix the case when the path is relative.

Temporary patch for fixing adblock - DNS Report function. Due to new version of
tcpdump package, pcap file is recorded correctly and DNS Report function is
functional again.
